We want everyone to be able to explore Colorful Bunch, shop, and join our community. We are working to make colorfulbunch.com easier to use for people with disabilities.

Need help or want to report a barrier?

Email hello@colorfulbunch.com or use our Get in Touch form. Tell us which page or task caused a problem and what happened. If you are comfortable sharing it, your browser or assistive technology can help us investigate. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.

You can also contact us for help with product information, choosing a size, placing an order, or booking an activity.

Using the site

The High contrast switch in the footer offers a higher-contrast version of the storefront. It keeps the same products and shopping features, and remembers your preference when browser storage is available. This setting does not change the separate checkout, account, or hosted review pages.

You can navigate with a keyboard. A Skip to content link appears when you start tabbing through a page, and visible focus indicators help show which control is selected.

Our accessibility work

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our improvement target. Our recent work includes keyboard navigation, search and product dialogs, cart updates, form feedback, image descriptions, responsive text layouts, and contrast options.

Our review combines automated checks with manual browser and keyboard testing. We are continuing to test screen-reader use, mobile devices, checkout, and services provided by other companies. We have not verified that every page and interaction meets the full standard.

Known limitations

Some default storefront colors have lower contrast; the footer switch provides a higher-contrast presentation. The shipping announcement currently moves without a persistent pause control. Some older content and externally hosted review, account, or payment interfaces may still present barriers. Please contact us if any part of the site prevents you from getting information or completing a task.
