Shipping policy
- Continental United States: Get free standard shipping on orders over $50.
- Delivery timing: Standard orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days after purchase, including order processing and transit. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
- International orders: Product availability, shipping costs, and delivery estimates vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Not every product is available in every country.
- Canadian duties and import charges: Canadian orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). Import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage, and carrier handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the recipient’s responsibility. The carrier may require payment before delivery.
Return policy
You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
United States
- Return method: Return eligible items by mail. Email us to request a downloadable return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund, so return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Restocking fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
- Refund processing: After we receive and approve your return, we issue the refund within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
Canada
- Return method: Return eligible items by mail within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Exceptions and store-credit extension
- Store-credit extension: Eligible non-final-sale items returned after day 30 and through day 90 may receive store credit only. Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.
- Final sale items: Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
