Join us for a welcoming gathering of new moms: a space to share the ups and downs of motherhood and build community.

Hosted by a fellow mom, this six-week group will explore physical and mental wellbeing, identity, relationships, and expectations vs. reality.

For our final week, we’ll connect with our creative selves. Bring a project you’re working on, or join in a simple project with materials provided.

Babies are welcome! Feed, nap, play, cry, change diapers—whatever you and your little one need.
